PRODUCT INFORMATION

All images and works of art are original by Nichola Kent.

Giclee prints and cards are produced in the UK on archival quality papers. Frames are purchased from UK sellers like Ikea and Habitat for resale.

Kent & Co reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue any of its products without prior notice.

We take every care to ensure that our product description and size information is correct. However mistakes can sometimes occur and The Stencil Studio cannot be held responsible for the sites accuracy, or for actions taken on the basis of the information provided on the site. Please contact us if you feel we are providing any inaccurate information.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Payment is required before orders can be processed. Occasionally we offer pre-order of prints prior to printing. Commissions are only accepted with full payment up front. We accept all major credit and debit cards online or over the telephone. You can also pay online using Paypal or use click and collect. Payment can also be made in cash when collecting (please have the correct amount ready).

All website prices are accurate at the time of publication. Prices are displayed in GBP (£), USD ($) or Euros (€) by clicking on the appropriate flag at the top of the website.

DELIVERY / DISPATCH INFORMATION

Orders can be shipped worldwide. We aim to ship within a week of ordering with the exception of pre-ordered prints and commissions which will be shipped following availability. We ship all orders using Royal Mail Postal Services and DPD Local.

We will send you an email to let you know your order has been dispatched with tracking information if applicable.

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days for in-stock items only. Pre-orders and commissions take longer, we will advise you at the time of ordering.


DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to dispatch goods within these estimated timescales however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Kent & Co shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to dispatch goods within these estimated timescales.

Delivery is dependent upon the postal services of your specific country, therefore Kent & Co cannot accept liability for late or failed deliveries which are due to circumstances beyond our control.
