P&P & Delivery

If you're near Stroud, Gloucestershire (GL6), you can choose to pickup your order from my studio in Chalford. I'll send you a pickup notification once it's ready and we can agree a mutual time for collection

Pickup preferred due to their fragile nature. Framed prints are only available for delivery in the UK

Stock items will be shipped within 2-4 days of ordering. Delivery will take 1-3 days from dispatch for UK orders and up to 17 days for overseas.

Pre-ordered items and commissions - delivery will be advised when ordering.

Delivery times vary depending on shipping destination. Taxes may be payable on receipt depending on order value and address.

Please double check your delivery details, you may be charged for postage again if I have to re-send your order due to failed delivery or an incorrect address being given.

Non-stock items will be shipped approx 1-2 weeks after ordering.

If, for any reason you would like to cancel your order, simply return goods within 14 working days from receipt for a full refund. I will accept returns as long as goods are sent back in perfect saleable condition. Please let me know via email or phone if you are returning goods so that I can process your refund efficiently.

You will be responsible for return postage costs. I recommend you obtain a proof of postage as I cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit so relevant insurance should be taken to cover their value.

Commissions made to order are non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded, please contact me as soon as possible to register the problem and I will advise you how to proceed. I will cover the cost of any items that need to be returned. (I will request photographic evidence of goods damaged in the post to help me claim compensation from the delivery company).
